Return Policy

At “That Spray” we stand behind our products. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. 

 

For returns questions, and Return Authorization contact Customer Care via email. 
Returned items need to be 75% intact and include the Return Authorization Form. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If your return is due to a “That Spray” error, we will refund your return shipping. 
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Once the package is received at our facility, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on the monthly statement of your payment method.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will take measures to ship the correct item at no additional cost.  All items purchased from a “That Spray” wholesaler or from a retail store must be returned to the place of purchase.
